Terma Penggunaan Tahfiz.AI

Terma ini terpakai untuk app Tahfiz.AI yang dimuat turun dari Google Play atau App Store. App ini dibina dan dikendalikan oleh pembangun bebas yang berpangkalan di Malaysia, iaitu pembangun yang tertera pada halaman app di kedua-dua platform itu. Dengan memasang dan menggunakan app, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini dan dengan Dasar Privasi kami. Kalau app digunakan oleh anak anda, anda menerima terma ini bagi pihak anak itu dan bertanggungjawab ke atas penggunaannya.

1. Apa yang app ini buat

Tahfiz.AI membantu keluarga membaca dan menghafal surah Al-Quran. App memaparkan teks ayat, mendengar bacaan melalui mikrofon, dan menandakan perkataan yang dibaca dengan betul, perlu diulang atau tertinggal. Semakan ini dibuat oleh enjin pengecaman suara, jadi ia boleh tersilap, terutamanya dalam bilik yang bising atau bila bacaan terlalu perlahan. Semakan itu menumpu pada ketepatan perkataan dan tidak menilai setiap hukum tajwid. App ini tidak menggantikan guru Al-Quran yang bertauliah, dan kami menggalakkan setiap pengguna terus memperdengarkan bacaan kepada guru.

2. Kandungan

Teks Al-Quran dalam app menggunakan rasm Uthmani daripada Tanzil Project (tanzil.net) di bawah lesen CC BY 3.0, yang diambil melalui Al-Quran Cloud. Kisah di sebalik surah disusun berpandukan Al-Quran, Tafsir Ibn Kathir dan hadis sahih, dan sumber setiap kisah dipaparkan dalam app. Kalau anda menjumpai kesilapan pada teks atau kisah, sila emel sokongan@tahfiz.ai supaya kami boleh membetulkannya dengan segera.

3. Pelan percuma dan Langganan Keluarga

Pelan percuma membuka sebahagian surah dan kisah, satu profil, dan bilangan semakan bacaan yang terhad setiap hari. Langganan Keluarga membuka semua surah dan kisah yang ada dalam app, semakan bacaan untuk kegunaan biasa keluarga, laporan mingguan dan sehingga lima profil. Harga, tempoh dan tawaran percubaan dipaparkan dalam app dan di App Store atau Google Play sebelum anda membeli, dan harga itu termasuk cukai yang dikenakan oleh platform.

Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik pada akhir setiap tempoh pada harga yang sama, kecuali pembaharuan automatik dimatikan sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum tempoh semasa tamat. Akaun App Store atau Google Play anda dicaj untuk pembaharuan dalam tempoh 24 jam sebelum tempoh semasa tamat.

Kalau pelan yang dipilih menawarkan tempoh percubaan, harga percubaan dibayar bila pembelian disahkan dan harga biasa dikenakan pada akhir percubaan, kecuali langganan dibatalkan sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum percubaan tamat. Percubaan diberi sekali sahaja bagi setiap akaun, dan baki percubaan yang belum digunakan hangus bila langganan berbayar dibeli.

Langganan boleh diurus atau dibatalkan di tetapan akaun App Store atau Google Play. Pembatalan berkuat kuasa pada akhir tempoh yang sudah dibayar, dan akses kekal sehingga tarikh itu. Pembelian boleh dipulihkan pada telefon lain yang menggunakan akaun App Store atau Google Play yang sama melalui Tetapan dalam app.

4. Bayaran balik

Semua bayaran dalam app diproses oleh Apple atau Google, jadi permintaan bayaran balik diurus oleh mereka mengikut polisi masing-masing. Untuk pembelian di App Store, mohon melalui reportaproblem.apple.com. Untuk pembelian di Google Play, ikut panduan di halaman bayaran balik Google Play. Kami sedia membantu kalau anda menghadapi masalah, cuma emel sokongan@tahfiz.ai.

5. Penggunaan yang dibenarkan

App ini untuk kegunaan peribadi dan keluarga. Anda tidak boleh menjual atau menyewakan akses, menyalin kandungan app untuk diedarkan semula, membongkar atau mengubah suai app, atau menghantar audio yang bukan bacaan Al-Quran, permintaan automatik atau trafik berlebihan ke pelayan semakan. Kami boleh mengehadkan semakan atau menyekat akses yang menyalahgunakan perkhidmatan supaya pengguna lain tidak terjejas.

6. Hak milik

Teks Al-Quran ialah kalam Allah dan kami tidak menuntut hak milik ke atasnya. App, kod, enjin semakan, reka bentuk, maskot Amin, ilustrasi dan teks kisah ialah milik pembangun Tahfiz.AI atau pemberi lesennya, dan dilindungi oleh undang-undang hak cipta. Anda diberi lesen peribadi, tidak eksklusif dan tidak boleh dipindah milik untuk menggunakan app ini pada peranti yang anda miliki atau kawal.

7. Penafian dan had tanggungjawab

App disediakan seadanya, dan walaupun kami berusaha supaya semakan tepat dan app sentiasa berfungsi, kami tidak menjamin setiap keputusan semakan betul atau perkhidmatan bebas daripada gangguan, dan semakan bacaan memerlukan sambungan internet. Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, dan jumlah tanggungjawab kami terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar untuk app dalam 12 bulan sebelum tuntutan. Terma ini tidak menjejaskan hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 atau undang-undang pengguna lain yang tidak boleh diketepikan.

8. Penamatan

Anda boleh berhenti menggunakan app bila-bila masa dengan memadam data di Tetapan dan menyahpasang app. Langganan yang aktif perlu dibatalkan berasingan di App Store atau Google Play. Kami boleh menamatkan akses kepada pelayan semakan bagi penggunaan yang melanggar terma ini.

9. Terma tambahan untuk App Store

Untuk app yang dimuat turun dari App Store, Perjanjian Lesen Pengguna Akhir Standard Apple (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) turut terpakai. Terma ini dibuat antara anda dan pembangun Tahfiz.AI, dan Apple tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas app atau kandungannya, termasuk penyelenggaraan, sokongan, waranti, tuntutan produk atau tuntutan harta intelek. Kalau app gagal mematuhi waranti yang terpakai, anda boleh memaklumkan Apple dan Apple akan memulangkan harga pembelian app, kalau ada. Apple dan anak syarikatnya ialah benefisiari pihak ketiga terma ini dan berhak menguatkuasakannya terhadap anda.

10. Laman web tahfiz.ai

Akaun dan langganan yang dibeli di laman web tahfiz.ai berasingan daripada langganan dalam app dan tertakluk kepada terma yang dipaparkan semasa pendaftaran dan pembayaran di laman itu.

11. Perubahan terma

Kami boleh mengemas kini terma ini dari semasa ke semasa dan akan menukar tarikh berkuat kuasa di atas. Perubahan besar akan dimaklumkan dalam app sebelum ia berkuat kuasa, dan penggunaan app selepas itu bermakna anda menerima terma yang dikemas kini.

12. Undang-undang

Terma ini dikawal oleh undang-undang Malaysia, dan apa-apa pertikaian akan diselesaikan di mahkamah Malaysia.

Tahfiz.AI Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tahfiz.AI app downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. The app is built and operated by an independent developer based in Malaysia, the developer named on the app's page on both platforms. By installing and using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If the app is used by your child, you accept these terms on that child's behalf and are responsible for their use of it.

1. What the app does

Tahfiz.AI helps families read and memorise surahs of the Quran. The app shows the verse text, listens to recitation through the microphone, and marks words that were read correctly, need repeating, or were missed. This checking is done by a speech recognition engine, so it can be wrong, especially in a noisy room or when recitation is very quiet. The checking focuses on word accuracy and does not assess every rule of tajweed. The app does not replace a qualified Quran teacher, and we encourage every user to keep reciting to a teacher.

2. Content

The Quran text in the app uses the Uthmani script from the Tanzil Project (tanzil.net) under the CC BY 3.0 licence, obtained through Al-Quran Cloud. The stories behind the surahs are written with reference to the Quran, the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir and authentic hadith, and the sources of each story are shown in the app. If you find a mistake in any text or story, please email sokongan@tahfiz.ai so that we can correct it quickly.

3. Free plan and Family Subscription

The free plan unlocks some surahs and stories, one profile and a limited number of recitation checks each day. The Family Subscription unlocks every surah and story available in the app, recitation checks for normal family use, weekly reports and up to five profiles. Prices, periods and trial offers are shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and those prices include any tax charged by the platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If the chosen plan includes a trial period, the trial price is charged when the purchase is confirmed and the regular price is charged at the end of the trial, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A trial is offered once per account, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until that date. Purchases can be restored on another phone that uses the same App Store or Google Play account through Settings in the app.

4. Refunds

All in-app payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. For App Store purchases, apply at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, follow the Google Play refund guide. We are happy to help if you run into a problem, just email sokongan@tahfiz.ai.

5. Permitted use

The app is for personal and family use. You may not sell or rent access, copy app content for redistribution, reverse engineer or modify the app, or send audio that is not Quran recitation, automated requests or excessive traffic to the checking server. We may limit checks or block access that abuses the service so that other users are not affected.

6. Ownership

The text of the Quran is the word of Allah and we claim no ownership of it. The app, its code, checking engine, design, the Amin mascot, illustrations and story text belong to the Tahfiz.AI developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. You are given a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep checking accurate and the app available, but we do not guarantee that every checking result is correct or that the service is free of interruption, and recitation checking needs an internet connection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. These terms do not affect your rights under Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting its data in Settings and uninstalling it. An active subscription must be cancelled separately on the App Store or Google Play. We may end access to the checking server for use that breaks these terms.

9. Additional terms for the App Store

For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and the Tahfiz.AI developer, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, including maintenance, support, warranty, product claims or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

10. The tahfiz.ai website

Accounts and subscriptions bought on the tahfiz.ai website are separate from in-app subscriptions and are governed by the terms shown during sign-up and payment on that website.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continued use of the app after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
